Description
  • 1. Rev. Sir Peter Rivers Gay, of Winchester, c. Southampton, Baronet. 2. Thomas King, of Bath, c. Somerset, Builder. Plot of ground (1a.2r.3p), late in the occupation of Decimus Davis as tenant to 1., bounded on the north by premises in the occupation of Peter Hooper, on the east by the River Avon, on the south by premises belonging to 1. fallen to him by the death of Decimus Davis and intended to be granted by building lease to Charles Davis of Bath, and on the west partly by London Road and partly by a cottage belonging to 1. Consideration: £1.11.10 1/2d. for the first quarter, and £12.15s annually thereafter.
