All that plot of ground fronting North on to a passage leading from Queen Square to Lansdown Road, intended to be called George Street. Containing in front 33 feet, extending in depth 80 feet and containing in width on the south side 17 feet. Bounded on the east by a garden in the possession of Daniel Milsome, on the west by ground belonging to Samuel Emes, Mason, and south with void ground belonging to Barton House.
