Sir James Francis Rivers, of the City of Bath, Baronet. 5. Henry White Foster, of the city of Bath, Esq. 6. Francis Faulkner, of the city of Bath, Gent. 7. John Stringer Faulkner, of the city of Bath, Gent. Reciting: 0810/1/79 Reciting: Mortgage, 23 December 1856 [as recited in 0810/1/100] Reciting: 0810/1/100 Reciting: Mortgage, 31 July 1857 1. Sir James Francis Rivers, of the City of Bath, Baronet. 2. Francis Faulkner, of the city of Bath, Gent. 3. John Stringer Faulkner, of the city of Bath, Gent. Whereas Sir James Francis Rivers was entitled to policy of assurance on his own life, with the Sun Life Assurance Society to the sum of £1000. Premises as in the 2nd schedule hereunder written, subject to securities for £10229.2.11, £6069, and £1500, and a policy of assurance as recited. Consideration: £900 Reciting: Transfer, 26 July 1858 1. Francis Faulkner, and John Stringer Faulkner, both of the city of Bath, Gent.s. 2. Sir James Francis Rivers, of the City of Bath, Baronet. 3. William Thomas Longbourne, of Gray's Inn, Esq. 4. Charles Ranken Vickerman, of Gray's Inn, Esq. Mortgage debt of £900 and premises as security thereon and 5 several policies of assurance on the life of Sir James Francis Rivers for £5000, £5000, £999, £499, and £1000 also as security, subject to other securities thereon. Whereas the 2 several principle sums of £1500 and £900 are still due and owing to William Thomas Longbourne, and he has occasion for the said several sums so due to him. 5. has agreed at the request of 4. to pay the same to William Thomas Longbourne, upon transfer to him of the mortgage debts of £1500 and £900. Mortgage debts and securities thereon as recited from 1. and 3. to 5., 6. and 7. Consideration: £1500 and £900 from 5. to 3.
