Reciting: 0629/3 Whereas Thomas Cottle has erected another messuage adjoining onto the messuage hereinbefore recited. Whereas 1. and 2. have demised and underleased to Henry Flower, Richard Short, Thomas Jenkins, John Vining, and William Hayman various parts of the plot of ground so recited. Reciting: 0629/5 Whereas the sum of £50 is still due and owing to 1. and he has requested payment thereof, but it being inconvenient for 2. to pay the same, he has requested that 3. take an assignment of the premises. One acre of arable land in Odd Down, p. Lyncombe and Widcombe, formerly in the occupation of Robert Willcox, and adjoining a plot belonging to Robert Saxley. Execpting those pieces of the said plot as have been demised and underleased as aforesaid. Consideration: £50 from 3. to 1
