Description
The bundle includes a deed, dated 1856, relating to the partition of Edgecotts Farm between Thomas Bealy of Exford, Esq, and John Hooper of Exford, yeoman. [The deed includes a plan of the farmhouse and farm buildings]. There is also a deed relating to a decayed messuage known as Innercombe in the parish of Exford and 72a of land in the parish of Withypool [plot no 52 on the Exmoor Enclosure Map] which was conveyed by Richard Hole of Withypool, yeoman, to the Rev. Thomas Bealy of Exford in 1827.
