Description
  • Includes letters concerning poor relief for: Wlliam Rainier and his family, now of Croydon, 1825-26, James Norman of Walton, 1851, Thomas and Anne England of Goathurst, 1845; and Moses Board, now in Wilton Gaol, and his wife, Jane, of North Petherton, 1852; complaint by Mullins to the Master of Bridgwater workhouse that Thomas Hodge, a workhouse inmate, was found in a 'shocking state', 1854, and bills from Mullins for legal services to the Goathurst overseers of the poor, 1830-1844.
