Deed of Covenant for the production of the deeds to the Crown Inn and lands in Staplehay, Pitminster, by William Cousens of Wilton, market gardener, to Robert Aplin of Pitminster, yeoman, and Samuel Aplin of Pitminster, yeoman. Mortgage to secure £420 and interest, by Mr Robert Aplin of Pitminster, yeoman, to Miss Elizabeth Carew of Brighton, spinster, of a house, orchard and garden in Pitminster (tithe map parcels 338-340).
