John Clayton Freeling of Hart Place, Portman Square, c. Middlesex, Esq., and Dame Maria Stephenson of Winchester, c. Hants., Widow. 3. Rev. Sir Henry Rivers, of Martyr Worthy, c. Southampton, Clerk, Baronet. 4. James Francis Rivers, of the same place, eldest son of 3. 5. Charles Pole, of Wyke Hill House, c. Gloucester, Esq., William Richard Hamilton, of Bolton Row, c. Middlesex, Esq., Charles Bell Ford, of Somerset Street, Portman Square, c. Middlesex, Esq., and Henry George Hamilton, of Eccleston Square, c. Middlesex, Esq. 6. Charles Ranken, of Gray's Inn, c. Reciting: 0810/1/79 Whereas 2. have been called upon as executors of the estate of Dame Martha Rivers Gay, by the person in whom the mortgage debt of £4000 as secured to Thomas Savage and Joseph Lovell Lovell, is now vested, to pay the said mortgage debt, 2. have called on 1. as trustee of the said estate to raise £4243.10s to be applied to paying the said debt and costs. Whereas 5. have agreed to advance the said $4243.10 to 1. at the security of 4 eighteenth parts of estates as in the recited indenture [0810/1/79] Whereas it has been agreed that the said 4 eighteenth parts are to be vested in 6. as trustee for 5. 4 eighteenth parts of estates as aforesaid, as security on the sum of £4243.10s Consideration: £4243.10s from 5. to 1.
