Henry Hayman of Bath, Gent., and Charles Seagrim of Winchester, c. Southampton, Gent. 4. Charles Pole, of Wyke Hill House, c. Gloucester, Esq., William Richard Hamilton, of Bolton Row, c. Middlesex, Esq., Charles Bell Ford, of Somerset Street, Portman Square, c. Middlesex, Esq., and Henry George Hamilton, of Eccleston Square, c. Middlesex, Esq. 5. Charles Henry Lidderdale, of the Sun Fire Office, Threadneedle Street, city of London, Esq. Reciting: 0810/1/90 and as endorsed thereon. Reciting: 0810/1/88 and as endorsed thereon. Henry Hayman of Bath, Gent., and Charles Seagrim of Winchester, c. Southampton, Gent. Whereas 1. was desirous of creating an additional provision for the use of Dame Charlotte Rivers, his wife, during their lives out of the rents and profits of the premises contained in the recited indenture of Mortgage [0810/1/90]. Premises to 3. in trust, as in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd schedules annexed thereto (being the same as the schedules annexed hereto). Reciting: Mortgage, 21 December 1844 1. Rev. Sir Henry Rivers, of Martyr Worthy, c. Southampton, Clerk, Baronet. 2. James Francis Rivers, of the same place, eldest son of 1. 3. Henry Hayman of Bath, Gent., and Charles Seagrim of Winchester, c. Southampton, Gent. 4. William Whitear Bulpett Whereas 1. has requested 4. lend to him the sum of £7500, and 2. has requested 4. lend to him the sum of £1500, to which 4. has agreed at 5% interest. Premises to 4. as in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd schedules annexed thereto (being the same as the schedules annexed hereto). Consideration: £7500 from 4. to 1., and £1500 from 4. to 2. Whereas a principle sum of £34000 and arrears of interest thereon is still due and owing to 4. Whereas at the request of 1. and 2., 4. have agreed to lend to them a further charge to the sum of £8000. Premises as in the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd schedules hereto, as security on the sum of £8000 in addition to the principle sum of £34000, making a new principle of £42000. And an annuity of £500 from 2. to 5. in trust for 4. as a further security on the sum of £8000. Consideration: £8000 from 4. to 1. and 2. Endorsed: Transfer, 20 November 1851 1. Middlesex, Esq., and Henry George Hamilton, of Eccleston Square, c. Middlesex, Esq. 2. James Francis Rivers, now Sir James Francis Rivers, Baronet. 3. William Thomas Longbourne, of Gray's Inn, c. Middlesex, Esq. 4. Charles Bell Ford, of Somerset Street, Portman Square, c. Middlesex, Esq., William Richard Hamilton, of Bolton Row, c. Middlesex, Esq., Henry Littledale, of Eardington, c. Bedford, Esq., and Henry George Hamilton, of Eccleston Square, c. Middlesex, Esq. Whereas Sir Henry Rivers died in August 1851, and at the time of his decease all the within mentioned principle sums, amounting to £42000, together with an arrears of interest thereon were still due and owing. Whereas 1. have since the decease of Henry Rivers received all monies which on his decease became payable by virtue of several policies of assurance thereon to the sums of £4999 and £800. The net whereof after costs amounting to £7327.4.2, first in payment of all arrears of interest on the sum of £42000, and on the sum of £4340.10s due from Sir James Francis Rivers, amounting to £41.1s. Secondly the sum of £7286.3.2 in part discharge of the sum of £10000, part of £42000, as secured by an indenture of assignment, dated 15 May 1843, leaving £2783.16.10 the residue of the said £10000. Whereas 4. have agreed to pay to 1. the sum of £34783.16.10 upon having the mortgage debts of £2783.16.10, £10000, £14000, and £8000, transferred to them. Mortgage Debts as aforesaid from 1. to 3. in trust for 4. Consideration: £34713.16.10 Further Endorsed: Reassignment, 21 November 1851 Reassignment of mortgage debts from William Thomas Longbourne to Charles Bell Ford, William Richard Hamilton, Henry Littledale, and Henry George Hamilton. Further Endorsed: Further Charge, 26 November 1861 1. Sir James Francis Rivers, of the city of Bath, Baronet. 2. Charles Bell Ford, of Somerset Street, Portman Square, c. Middlesex, Esq., William Richard Hamilton, of Bolton Row, c. Middlesex, Esq., henry Littledale, of Eardington, c. Bedford, Esq., and Henry George Hamilton, of Eccleston Square, c. Middlesex, Esq. Reciting: 0810/1/94 Whereas 2 several policies of assurance on the life of Sir James Francis Rivers to the sums of £999 and £499 have been effected. Whereas 2. have agreed with 1. to lend to him the further sum of £3300 at interest, to be secured by the premises as within, and also by the 2 several policies of assurance hereinbefore mentioned.
