Walcot, part of a field formerly called the Tyning, containing with the old private road 1a.3r.36p., delineated on the plan thereon, bounded on the north by land of Nathanial Bayly, on the east by a footpath from Bath to Charlcombe, southeast by a private road to Mount Beacon House, and southwest by lands of Nathanial Bayly

Plot of ground, p. Walcot, part of a field formerly called the Tyning, containing 1a.3r.6p., bounded northeast by lands of Nathanial Bayly, on the southeast partly by a private road and partly by the new road behind Camden Place, on the west by land belonging to Sir Thomas Bloomfield, and terminating in a point at the south.
And also that other plot of ground, part of the said field formerly called the Tyning, containing 20p., bounded on the northeast by Beacon Hill, on the northwest by the private road, on the south by that part of the new road behind Camden Place that leads to Beacon Hill, and terminating in a point at the southwest. Said plots of ground delineated on the plan attached thereto.
Whereas the recited indentures were previous to the execution of indentures subject to the annual sum of £42, for the remainder of a term of 99 years. It is therefore agreed that Nathanial Bayly should assure to Dame Martha Rivers Gay the said rent of £42 for the term of 89 years from the 19 December 1819.
