In lieu of a piece of arable land called 'The Half Acre' to be annexed to the said rectory and taken as part of the Glebe lands, a plot or piece of ground (1/4a.) bounded east by the common highway from Bath called London Road, north by the parish church and churchyard of Walcot, west by another common highway being the Church Way, and south by a close of ground now used as an orchard belonging to Peter Hooper, Gent.
