Description
1. Margaret Garrard, Hatton Gardens, p. St. Andrew, Holborne, c. Middlesex, Widow.
2. John Wood, Queen Square, p. Walcot, c. Somerset, Esq.
1. agrees to sell to 2. the grounds known as Hayes Furlong and Hayes Lower Furlong, p. Walcot (illustrated on the endorsed plan). To be held in Fee Simple at an annual rent of £30 half yearly for 3 years, following this 2. shall pay to 1. a perpetual annuity of £195 on Ladyday, Midsummer, and Christmas.
Contracted that within 10 years 2 shall build on the aforesaid piece of ground Stone Houses as described on the endorsed plan.

The Plan of the lands concerned has been initialed by Margaret Garrard and John Wood, and covers the lane leading from Weston to Walcot to the north, Bristol Road to the south, the Town Commons to the west, and Town Road to the east.
