  • 1. Robert Gay of Hatton Garden, p. St. Andrew, Holborne, c. Middlesex, Esq., and Thomas Gay of the Temple, London, Esq. 2. John Wood of Bath, Gent. 2 parcels of ground on the east and south sides of a new intended square called Queen Square, part of a field called Lower Ground in Barton Fields, p. Walcot; on which 8 houses are to be built. Covenants not to permit offensive trades, and to share in costs of railings to the square. Includes a plan of Queen Square and proposed surrounding street, named, but many not executed. Consideration: £20 p.a.
