1. now grants to 2. the parcel of land called West Field or West Furlong, now divided into 5 closes one occupied by Robert Chambers, Gent. (5a.), 3 closes occupied by Thomas Fisher of Weston, Yeoman (44a.) and the fifth close occupied by Edward Shepherd (42a.), the West Field being bounded by the highway leading to Bristol on the south, the way leading from Bath to Weston on the west, the common field of Walcot on the north, and Kingesmeade Furlong on the east.
Consideration: 40s annually, to be paid in equal installments at the feast of St. Michael the Archangel and the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary
