Consideration: Rent charge of £4 p.a.
Whereas Sir Henry Chandos Rivers by his will of 19 October 1870 gave 3 several annuities of £300, £50, and £50, charging all of his estate therewith, but granting to his trustee or trustees the power to release any part thereof from the said annuities. Devising all his real estate to Thomas Frederick Inman upon trust as therein mentioned.
Whereas Sir Henry Chandos Rivers had contracted with Henry Julian Hunter for the sale of the aforesaid rent charge of £4, but had died before this could be carried into effect.
